Sage & Sound’s founder Lana uses a blend of personal development techniques and psychological strategies to help you achieve your goals. Aside from her academic and professional achievements, Lana offers something universities and textbooks can’t teach: a down to earth manner. This may explain why clients often say how easy it is to open up and talk with her.
Over the past 12 years, Lana has worked successfully with people affected by anxiety, depression (including pre and postnatal), low self-esteem, relationship issues, burnout and perfectionism. Lana’s passion is teaching you mindset shifts to develop courage – courage to speak up for yourself, take care of yourself, and believe in your ability to chase your dreams.
A published author, Lana’s much-anticipated second book The Slow Life Project was released in October 2021. This easy self-paced read introduces you to an effective system for letting go of doubt, building self-determination, and embracing your life authentically and joyously. The Slow Life Project is available for purchase HERE.
With Lana, you can expect compassion, understanding, and a therapist who practices what she preaches. Lana has tried every technique she recommends, including ideas from Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Check out Lana’s mindfulness video here.
Lana is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and an Associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
